R Travel is the biggest player of online travel agency in Japan. I am a member of Global Marketing Group, Marketing Department, where I am in charge of the website operation of of inbound business, which operates in 19 countries and 8 languages. Our key markets include South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and USA.

  • Designing campaign creatives and generated campaign ideas to promote hotels and accommodations in Japan for inbound travelers.

  • Created a custom AI to improve work efficiency, saved up to 75% time for banner management.

  • Managing web and apps for campaign banners and pages, optimizing content to achieve target KPIs.

  • Increased website traffic to over 60k daily visits and generated a total average GMS of 40mil JPY across 19 countries and 8 languages during big sale period.

  • Focused on key markets such as APAC, US, South Korea, and Hong Kong to improve conversion rates and booking GMS.

  • Worked with multiple stakeholders to manage campaigns, collaborating with diverse individuals across various work locations.

  • Led junior team members for banner and landing page design as part of campaign production and online marketing activities.

  • Managed top exposure operation for campaign’s wide and main banner. Collaborated with stakeholders such as Country Managers, Hotel ITCs, and EC operation teams to ensure the campaign is running on schedule.

  • In charge of creative direction of campaigns’ landing page, banner theme and design by collaborating with a design agency, ensuring the text and message are delivered perfectly to the users.

  • Utilizing SEO, I am also in charge of planning and executing the creation of feature pages to open more gateway of new users in accessing RT’s top page and eventually to make more bookings. Focusing on key markets such as APAC, US, South Korea, and Hong Kong to improve conversion rates and booking GMS.
